You too can be as busy as a bee with this B vitamin and caffeine laced version of this Bees Knees inspired cocktail.
2 oz The Spirit of Gin
1 oz lavender-honey syrup*
1 oz espresso
1 oz milk
1 dash cardamom bitters Lemon twist
Shake all ingredients in an iced cocktail shaker and pour into and iced rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a few lavender buds.
*To make lavender/honey syrup add 1 cup honey, 1⁄2 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 3 tbs of dried lavender flowers to saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins until sugar dissolves.Remove from heat and allow to cool for an hour steeping the lavender. Strain out the syrup and reserve.
