Start your day with this refreshing and nuanced cocktail with everything green from your garden.
2 1⁄2 oz The Spirit of Gin
1 1⁄2 oz ‘Garden mix’ *
1⁄2 oz lime juice
2 dashes of cucumber bitters
2 dashes of celery bitters
2 dashes of saline Method
Add all ingredients to an iced cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into an iced rocks glass or mason jar.
Garnish with a celery and parsley leaf and a pinch of black pepper.
To make the garden mix add to a blender 1 cup of chopped celery 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper seeds and veins removed. Handful full of parsley
1 cup of trimmed snap peas
2 cups of agave
1 cup of water
Blend until smooth and strain out solids.
