A classic pre-dinner cocktail with winter citrus and the spirit of bourbon.
- 3 oz Free Spirits: The Spirit of Bourbon
- 0.75 oz Meyer lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.25 oz aquafava (the strained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- In an iced cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake well
- Strain over ice in a bucket glass or up into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a cherry and meyer lemon peel
