Ingredients:
- 2 ½ oz The Spirit of Bourbon
- ¼ oz dark amaro like Averna
- ¼ oz Orgeat
- ½ oz grapefruit juice
- egg white
- Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (no ice in the shaker)
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice, shake and chill the ingredients
- Strain into a coupe glass or your favorite cocktail glass
- Add 3 dashes of angostura bitters to the foam and express a lemon peel over the glass
