Looking for a cocktail to keep you cool? Well, itโs slushy season and look no further than the Blackberry Snow Cone. Drink it quick if you want a good brain freeze, a very sophisticated (non-alcoholic) brain freeze.
Ingredients

2.5 oz The Spirit of Gin
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Blackberry Syrup*
3 droppers of All The Bitter Lavender Bitters
- Mint Sprig
- A spare blackberry or two
6 oz Blackberries
0.75 cup of sugar
0.75 cup of water
*Blackberry Syrup
Method
- Dry shake all the ingredients.
- Pour over a mound of crushed ice in your favorite drinking vessel.
- Garnish with a big mint sprig and a blackberry.
*Blackberry Syrup
- Heat everything up in a pan until it's simmering for about 8 minutes.
- As the blackberries soften, squash out the juice then allow to cool.
- Strain out the solids and bottle it.
- Itโll keep for up to a week in the fridge, but it wonโt last that long.
- Donโt wear white while youโre cooking thisโฆ just donโt.
