The cozy season is upon us, so wrap yourself around this gorgeous autumn cocktail. Make it with either The Spirit of Bourbon or Tequila, and don’t forget that you can add a 50/50 split of real booze if you like, the choice is yours to dial up or down your cocktail experience.

Ingredients

• 2.5 oz The Spirit of Bourbon or The Spirit of Tequila 

• 1 oz organic pear/apple nectar
• 0.5 oz lemon juice 
• 0.5 oz ginger honey syrup
• 2 dashes of aromatic bitters

Method

1. Add all ingredients to an iced cocktail shaker and short shake 3 or 4 times to integrate the ingredients.

2. Dump the cocktail into your favorite tall drinking vessel and garnish with an apple slice and a dusting of pumpkin spice (what else)!
