Opened products are not eligible for refund or exchange due to health and safety standards.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us here within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. We will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable carrier. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
