Products that have been opened are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on products that arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory form. Please contact our support team here within 21 days of your receiving order for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost via a trackable carrier such as UPS or Fed Ex. Item must be received back within 30 days of your delivery date. We will issue your refund within 7 business days on receipt.
