Products that have been opened are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on products that arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory form. Please contact our support team here within 14 days of your received order for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost via a trackable carrier such as UPS or Fed Ex. Once we receive the product back within 14 days, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
