Here’s an icy zero proof version of the famous irish coffee boosted with bitters and brown sugar syrup.

Ingredients

2.5 oz The Spirit of Bourbon
- 2 oz Cold Brew Coffee (1:1)
- 0.75 oz Brown Sugar syrup
- 4 Dashes of All The Bitter Chocolate Mole Bitters
- Sweetened Whipped Cream
Cacao Chips or Grated Nutmeg for garnish
Method
Shake the The Spirit of Bourbon, cold brew coffee, brown sugar syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker with one big cube.
- Strain into a footed pilsner glass or large latte glass.
- Top with Sweetened whipped cream and garnish with cacao chips.
