Holiday Lights Lemonade (Non-Alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ oz The Spirit of Gin
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ¾ oz freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 stalk lemongrass for muddling 4-5 pieces
  • Sparkling water
  • Pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary.

Method

  1. In a tall holiday glass muddle the lemongrass

  2. Build your cocktail over ice

  3. Be careful not to over dilute with the soda

  4. Sprinkle in the pomegranate arils and place your rosemary sprig
