Ingredients

2 ยฝ oz The Spirit of Gin
- ยฝ oz simple syrup
- ยพ oz freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice
- 1 stalk lemongrass for muddling 4-5 pieces
- Sparkling water
- Pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary.
Method
In a tall holiday glass muddle the lemongrass
Build your cocktail over ice
Be careful not to over dilute with the soda
Sprinkle in the pomegranate arils and place your rosemary sprig
