For the perfectly fruity, complex and refreshing Summer cocktail, The Summer Sling, featuring The Spirit of Tequila will hit the spot.

The Summer Sling (Non-Alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ oz The Spirit of Tequila

  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 1 oz cane sugar syrup
  • 1 ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 dashes of peach bitters
  • 2 oz soda
  • A drizzle of blueberry grenadine * or any high-quality grenadine

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber with the simple syrup

  2. Add the lemon juice, pineapple juice and bitters

  3. Shake hard until the ingredients are well integrated (about 15 -20 shakes)

  4. Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail

  5. Drizzle the grenadine over the foam and garnish with a cherry and a peel of cucumber
