Start March off right with a delicious Tequila Alejandro - a riff on the classic Alexander.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz The Spirit of Tequila
- 1 oz Holy Kakow Organic Chocolate Sauce
- 4 dashes of Pitch Dark Cacao Bitters (Portland Bitters Project)
- 1 oz half and half
- Egg white
Method
Dry shake all ingredients until you have a frothy chocolate milkshake.
Add ice shake chill and strain into a coupe or other fancy cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
