Ingredients

2 ½ oz The Spirit of Milano
2 oz Fresh Victor Grapefruit & Sea Salt*
- 1 ½ oz Chilled Espresso
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
2-3 dashes of All The Bitter Chocolate Mole Bitters (or other chocolate bitters)
- A splash of Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Orange Peel
- Coffee Grounds
Method
Add everything to an empty cocktail shaker except the tonic
- Dry shake (without ice) to get things frothy
- Pour into tall iced glass
- Top with a splash of tonic water
- Sprinkle with a pinch of ground coffee and finish with an orange twist
Recipe Note
*If you are unable to find Fresh Victor Grapefruit & Sea Salt - you can add a touch of simple syrup and a pinch of salt to any quality grapefruit juice.
