A non-alcoholic cocktail to keep you rejuvenated and dancing all night long.
Ingredients

2.5 oz The Spirit of Tequila
- .75 oz lime juice
- 1 tbs of pineapple jelly
- A couple of sprigs of cilantro Pinch of chili flakes.
Method
Add all ingredients to an iced cocktail shaker leaving out a sprig of cilantro for garnish.
Shake and strain into iced rocks glass and garnish with lime, cilantro and a pineapple leaf if you have one!
