Ingredients

2 oz The Spirit of Tequila
- 1/8 oz orange-scented agave*
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- Flamed orange peel
Method
Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a rocks glass
To garnish, flame the orange peel over the drink, then drop it in (take a thick peel of firm skinned orange, light a match & express oil through the flame)
*Orange-scented agave:
Combine ½ cup agave and ½ cup water with half an orange zested and squeezed
Strain out any solids
