Notes of smokey fire from the mood boosting Spirit of Tequila play well with the sweet tang of tangerine. Sip this for a good thyme!
Ingredients
3 oz The Spirit of Tequila
1 ½ oz tangerine juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz thyme syrup*
- Toasted tangerine wheel and thyme sprig
Method
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients
Shake and strain into a large ice filled rocks glass
Garnish with a toasted tangerine wheel speared with a thyme sprig

In a small saucepan, heat ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water and 4 thyme sprigs to a simmer
Stir until the sugar has dissolved then remove from heat and allow to cool
