A fun, floral, and fiery twist on the classic Margarita, the Flower & Fire has a kick of habanero and the beautiful hue and tartness of hibiscus.
Ingredients
1.5 oz The Spirit of Tequila
1 oz The Spirit of Milano
1 oz Hibiscus Agave Syrup*
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- Fresh Habanero Slice (or for a less spiced version add a couple of dashes of Fee’s Habanero Bitters)
- Fresh lime wheel and an edible flower for garnish
Method
Add all ingredients including the habanero slice or bitters to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (no ice).
- Strain into an iced rocks glass and add your garnish.
