The Gravenstein Apple marks the beginning of autumn in Northern California and their tart flavor is perfect for cooking and infusing things like The Spirit of Bourbon.
Yes, you can infuse our non-alcoholic spirits just as you would a regular spirit. We’ve added some cardamom and cinnamon to the mix of apples for that delicious taste of fall. If you cannot get Gravensteins, try Honeycrisps or Jonagolds.

Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Apple Infused The Spirit of Bourbon
- 0.25 oz Maple Syrup
2 shakes of All The Bitter Aromatic Bitters
2 shakes of All The Bitter Orange Bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to mixing glass and half-fill with ice
Stir briefly until chilled.
Strain over a large ice sphere in a chilled rocks glass.
Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
Apple Infused Non-Alcoholic Bourbon
In a 32 oz ball jar, combine roughly chopped Gravenstein apples, 2–3 cinnamon sticks, and 3 lightly toasted cardamom pods.
Pour The Spirit of Bourbon over the fruit until fully covered.
Screw on the lid and refrigerate for 3–5 days to infuse.
