Start your infusion with a clean 32 oz ball jar, a couple of Gravenstein apples roughly chopped, 2-3 cinnamon sticks and 3 Cardamom pods lightly toasted.
Add all the ingredients to the ball jar and pour over enough of The Spirit of Bourbon to cover the apples.
Screw down the lid and let it infuse it in the fridge for 3-5 days.
