Ingredients

2 1/2 oz The Spirit of Tequila
- β oz sparkling dry ciderΒ
- Β½ oz lemon juiceΒ
- Β½ oz ginger syrupΒ
- 2-3 dashes of habanero bittersΒ
- Soda water
- Cinnamon stick
- Candied gingerΒ
Method
Build the drink in a Moscow mule cup or Santa mug and stir in the bitters with your cinnamon stick.
Garnish with candied ginger.
