Don’t stiff Santa with just cookies this year! Set him up with a great spicy cocktail to keep his spirits high. It may even earn you extra presents!
Ingredients

2 1/2 oz The Spirit of Tequila
- ⅔ oz sparkling dry cider
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz ginger syrup
- 2-3 dashes of habanero bitters
- Soda water
- Cinnamon stick
- Candied ginger
Method
Build the drink in a Moscow mule cup or Santa mug and stir in the bitters with your cinnamon stick.
Garnish with candied ginger.
