This fluffy sour cocktail combines rhubarb's unique tart/sweet flavor with The Spirit of Gin and The Spirit of Milano to make a tangy spring & summer sipper.
Ingredients

2 oz The Spirit of Gin

0.5 oz The Spirit of Milano
- 0.5 oz Fresh Rhubarb Syrup*
- 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Blob of egg white or agua fava
3 Droppers or dashes of All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters (or Peychauds)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a dry cocktail shaker.
- Shake until the contents are fluffy.
- Add a couple of ice cubes and short shake to chill the ingredients.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
Recipe Note
*This no cook recipe is from bartender/author Jeffrey Morgenthaler who uses fresh rhubarb stalks, sugar and water.
- 1 cup of chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of warm water
Blend all ingredients until smooth then strain into a jar. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
