Scrumping for Apples (Non-Alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Apple Infused The Spirit of Bourbon*
  • 2-3 oz ginger beer
  • Half a lime Squeeze
  • Slice of Gravenstein Apple.

Method

  1. Fill a drinking vessel with ice.
  2. Add The Spirit of Bourbon and a squeeze of lime.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh apple slice.

  1. Start your infusion with a clean 32 oz ball jar, a couple of Gravenstein apples roughly chopped, 2-3 cinnamon sticks and 3 Cardamom pods lightly toasted. (Honeygold or Jonagold apples work equally well.)

  2. Add all the ingredients to the ball jar and pour over enough of The Spirit of Bourbon to cover the apples.
  3. Screw down the lid and let it infuse it in the fridge for 3-5 days.
