Want an autumnal version of a Kentucky Mule? We present our latest, Scrumping for Apples. It’s another delicious and simple use for your apple-infused The Spirit of Bourbon. Bring on the fall!
Ingredients

2.5 oz Apple Infused The Spirit of Bourbon*
- 2-3 oz ginger beer
- Half a lime Squeeze
- Slice of Gravenstein Apple.
Method
- Fill a drinking vessel with ice.
- Add The Spirit of Bourbon and a squeeze of lime.
- Stir gently.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh apple slice.
Apple-Infused Non-Alcoholic Bourbon
Start your infusion with a clean 32 oz ball jar, a couple of Gravenstein apples roughly chopped, 2-3 cinnamon sticks and 3 Cardamom pods lightly toasted. (Honeygold or Jonagold apples work equally well.)
- Add all the ingredients to the ball jar and pour over enough of The Spirit of Bourbon to cover the apples.
- Screw down the lid and let it infuse it in the fridge for 3-5 days.
