Like our Chile Pomegranate Paloma is a twist on the famous Paloma, this is a twist on a twist! Blueberries sub in for the Pomegranate giving this cocktail a vibrant purply red hue with all the bubbles coming from Betty Buzz Grapefruit Soda.
Ingredients

2 ½ oz The Spirit of Tequila
- ½ oz spiced blueberry syrup*
- ¼ oz lime juice
- 3-4 oz Betty Buzz Sparkling Grapefruit
Method
Add all ingredients to an iced cocktail shaker
Short shake and strain into tall iced glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and an ancho chile.
Recipe Note
*spiced blueberry syrup
- In a saucepan add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup of 100% blueberry juice and the entire peel of orange, 6 broken árbol chiles.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 mins.
- Let cool, strain into a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
