The Rosita is a modern riff on the classic Negroni. Simple and balanced and one of ourcurrent favorites.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz The Spirit of Tequila
- 1.5 oz The Spirit of Milano
-
1.5 oz The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso
- 1 shake Aromatic Bitters (We like All The Bitter)
Method
In a rocks glass build the cocktail over one large ice cube
Stir to mix
Garnish with a twist of lemon or better yet, a twist of grapefruit
