This cocktail, based on an old prohibition recipe, is filled with B-vitamins, anti-inflammatories, and antioxidants that will lift your spirit while keeping your feet planted firmly on the ground.
2 oz Free Spirits Gin
¾ oz honey syrup (2 parts honey - 1 part water)
¾ oz lemon juice
3 thyme sprigs
Muddle 2 thyme sprigs and blueberries in a cocktail shaker, then add the rest of the ingredients with ice, shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with the remaining thyme.
