Start your day with this refreshing and nuanced cocktail with everything green from your garden.
Ingredients

2 ½ oz The Spirit of Gin
1 ½ oz 'Garden Mix' *
- ½ oz lime juice
- 2 dashes of cucumber bitters
- 2 dashes of celery bitters
- 2 dashes of saline
Method
Add all ingredients to an iced cocktail shaker
Shake and strain into an iced rocks glass or mason jar
Garnish with a celery and parsley leaf and a pinch of black pepper

*Garden Mix:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper seeds and veins removed
- Handful full of parsley
- 1 cup of trimmed snap peas
- 2 cups of agave
- 1 cup of water
Method:
- Add to a blender
- Blend until smooth and strain out solids
